We want to make you feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible shopping with us on our site and that is why we offer you a money back guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied or just simply change your mind within 30 days of delivery Saffron Gate will refund your complete or part purchase.

It is important you understand and follow the procedures and terms below and that the product is returned in “as new” and 100% re-saleable condition.

You must contact us within the stated calendar days of delivery of your Purchase or Product. You will need to provide us with the Order number you wish to return so please have these handy.

Please contact us on sales@saffrongate.com.au and we will provide directions for the return of the Product. The return directions will require the customer to return at their own cost, or if we arrange postage/freight the cost of this will be deducted from any refund.

 

Shipping and delivery:

Free Standard Shipping

All our standard shipping is sent via Australia Post or Sendle from our warehouse. Your order is expected to be delivered in 2-5 business days within Metro areas. Regional destinations may take up to 7 business days.

Express Shipping

We use Australia Post Express, the estimated delivery time for express post orders is 1-3 business days. Shipping times may be delayed during peak periods.

How long does it take for orders to be dispatched?

Standard delivery:

Dispatch of your online order from our warehouse will generally take between 1 to 2 business days from the time of your order being placed.

Express delivery:

Express orders are dispatched no later than next business day from our warehouse. Please note that dispatch time-frames do not include public holidays or weekends.

How can I track my order?

Tracking details for your online order will be included in your “order dispatched” email. If you’ve received your order confirmation but have not received your “order dispatched” email after two business days, please let our customer care team know here.
